This training activity on local colors and natural colors aims to encourage and motivate women, especially young women, to learn and use natural colors and local colors during the production of Tais. It is also a way to expand the ingredients for Timor-Leste’s natural colors that our ancestors used in the past. This training is a good opportunity for weavers to learn more about local kabas, the quality of Tais and the process of producing natural colors.
